Our slippers, kits and bits are made to order, but we try to keep at least one pair of everything cut and ready to go. We aim to ship all orders within a week. If it's urgent do let us know and we'll try our best to help.
UK standard postage and packing is just £3.95, and FREE for orders over £60 using code FD60. Additionally we offer First Class and Tracked options.
All our goods are made and sent from the UK. Customers are responsible for any import costs, taxes, duties, and clearing fees. These will vary depending on where you live. In practice our customers in the USA have not been required to pay any additional costs, although we can't guarantee this. (Sadly, currently we cannot ship to Northern Ireland, the EU or countries in the EEA)

Used the felt circles to repair thick walking socks, where my walking boots had gouged a massive hole in the heel area. The extra padding makes the socks more comfortable as well.
Joe's Toes were very helpful in finding the right size of soles for my repair job. The ones I ordered were too small for the cosy felt boot slippers which my daughter had brought back from Nepal for her dad 15 years ago, so I returned them and they sent me another pair with no extra postage charged.
