I bought this thread to make up two sets of slippers, one for my sister and one for my cousin. I previously made up a set of slippers for each of them and they loved them and wore them to death. Eventually the felt will wear but impressively the thread did not unravel. I recommend using saddle stitch to sew the slippers together and hiding the toes of ends between the layers.
We used the ecru-colored sheep as part of our Good Shepherd banner at church! The thickness of the felt made it easy to affix velcro to the back and easily place the sheep on the banner!
