Delivery method

Joe's Toes gift vouchers come in two types -

1. The first is simply a unique code which gives a one-time discount off any size of order (with the option of printing or emailing this gift voucher image at home). No shipping is charged on this option.

2. We send a colourful Joe's Toes postcard with the unique code and a short handwritten message of your choice to your recipient. Please add your message in the notes section of your order. Unless you ask otherwise we will let the recipient know who placed the order. Standard shipping charge applies.

Please note: Voucher codes will only work once. If the voucher amount is not used up in the first order we can manually issue a new voucher code for the balance. Voucher valid only at joestoes.co.uk  Cash refunds are not generally available.

UK standard rate £3.95, USA standard rate $7.95 

Our slippers, kits and bits are made to order, but we try to keep at least one pair of everything cut and ready to go. We aim to ship all orders within a week. If it's urgent do let us know and we'll try our best to help. 

UK standard postage and packing is just £3.95, and FREE for orders over £60. Additionally we offer First Class and Tracked options.

EU standard postage and packing (usually Royal Mail Priority Air which is untracked) is £4.95 for orders under £15, £5.95 for order up to £500.

EU customers can enjoy ordering with all taxes and duties paid at checkout. 1. 2. 3. 4. All-Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included at checkout. No extra charges on delivery. Faster Delivery: Orders under 150€ benefit from quicker customs clearance, leading to faster delivery times. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and not included in the 150€ limit. Check shipping rates at checkout. Customs Charges: If for any reason local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact our customer support at help@joestoes.co.uk. USA standard postage and packing (usually Royal Mail Priority Air which is untracked) is $7.95 for all orders. We also offer Express and Tracked services. Customers are responsible for any import costs, taxes, duties, and clearing fees. These will vary depending on where you live. In practice our customers in the USA have not been required to pay any additional costs, although we can't guarantee this. Canadian shipping starts at $12.95 Canadian dollars. Worldwide from £7.95 (or local currency equivalent).

For unmade kits and bits we're happy to offer a refund within 90 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require need your order number or some proof of purchase, we may be able to help with this. 
Please send your item to 9 Field Lane, Brighouse, HD6 3NX. Please obtain a proof of posting (free from the post office).
What if I start making the kit and it goes horribly wrong? 
This is most unlikely but if you do get stuck give us a call and we'll sort something out.
Custom made goods, such as made up kits may be returned only at our discretion (after all with over 4.000 possible combinations we may not find another customer for your goods). Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account as soon as we can and in any case within 30 days.
Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at amanda@joestoes.co.uk and send your item to: 9 Field Lane Brighouse GB HD6 3NX. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary but we will do it as quickly as possible.
Shipping &Refund of shipping costs
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9 Field Lane Brighouse GB HD6 3NX
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please obtain proof of postage. If the goods are faulty or we have made an error we will refund your postage.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
Please contact Paypal your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
