A wool felt hanging heart decoration, designed and hand stitched at Joe's Toes HQ.

We've six suggested colour combinations but if you'd like different colours just add a note to your order. All heart decorations are stitched free-hand and will have small variations. Also available as a kit. The heart measures 85mm, 3 1/3" wide and high.

Our slippers, kits and bits are made to order, but we try to keep at least one pair of everything cut and ready to go. We aim to ship all orders within a week. If it's urgent do let us know and we'll try our best to help.

UK standard postage and packing is just £3.95, and FREE for orders over £60 using code FD60. Additionally we offer First Class and Tracked options.

Our goods are made and sent from the UK. Customers are responsible for any import costs, taxes, duties, tariffs and clearing fees.

For unmade kits and bits we're happy to offer a refund within 90 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require need your order number or some proof of purchase, we may be able to help with this.

Please send your item to 9 Field Lane, Brighouse, HD6 3NX. Please obtain a proof of posting (free from the post office).

What if I start making the kit and it goes horribly wrong?

This is most unlikely but if you do get stuck give us a call and we'll sort something out.

Custom made goods, such as made up kits may be returned only at our discretion (after all with over 4.000 possible combinations we may not find another customer for your goods). Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account as soon as we can and in any case within 30 days.

Exchanges

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at amanda@joestoes.co.uk and send your item to: 9 Field Lane Brighouse GB HD6 3NX. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary but we will do it as quickly as possible.

Shipping &Refund of shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please obtain proof of postage. If the goods are faulty or we have made an error we will refund your postage.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

Please contact Paypal your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Cat Slipper Kit - Kitty

I ordered the kit to make slippers for my husband. Everything you need to make them is included in the kit. There are holes punched around the upper and sole making the slipper very easy to construct. The only thing you have to do freehand is the cat face and there is a picture included to use as a guide.
He loves the slippers!

Update!

Managed to make all four circles into bowls! A change to a softer thread really helped and the smaller circles were definitely easier! Will be buying more soon! Thank you for your prompt service and getting in touch to see if I was ok. 🤩🤩

Nice little hearts

Pretty colours, thick felt, crisp cut edges :-)

I love these felt circle. I’m making bowls for Christmas gifts. The pre punched holes are so convenient and easy to sew.

I loved the bowl, but I had a hard time getting it pulled together into the bowl. It is loser than I would like.
