Joe's Toes Crossover Knitted Slipper kit - Rainbow

Our most popular knitted kit, the Crossover slipper design is knitted in pure wool yarn. Our knit slippers are ideal beginner project, simple enough to knit while watching television or chatting your way through knitting group. You can see the other colours here

Worked in simple garter stitch, this super design looks much more complicated than it is once you've stItched it to the soles. There's a simple chained edging to firm up the edge so they'll fit well. 

Joe's Toes slippers are cosy and lightweight. They pack very easily for visiting friends and family, and are an ideal gift to pop in the post. The design is comfortable for all foot shapes and will adapt to suit most feet.

Kit includes;

Printed Instructions
Yarn 
1 pair thick felt top soles
1 pair thick felt outsoles with latex grip OR a second pair of felt soles with a suede outsole OR slip resistant sole pads.
Super strong thread and a blunt needle for stitching up

 

If you'd like to change any of the felt sole colours just add a note to your order.

For unmade kits and bits we're happy to offer a refund within 45 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require need your order number or some proof of purchase, we may be able to help with this. 
Please send your item to 9 Field Lane, Brighouse, HD6 3NX. Please obtain a proof of posting (free from the post office).
What if I start making the kit and it goes horribly wrong? 
This is most unlikely but if you do get stuck give us a call and we'll sort something out.
Custom made goods, such as made up kits may be returned only at our discretion (after all with over 4.000 possible combinations we may not find another customer for your goods). Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account as soon as we can and in any case within 30 days.
Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at amanda@joestoes.co.uk and send your item to: 9 Field Lane Brighouse GB HD6 3NX. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary but we will do it as quickly as possible.
Shipping &Refund of shipping costs
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9 Field Lane Brighouse GB HD6 3NX
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please obtain proof of postage. If the goods are faulty or we have made an error we will refund your postage.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
Please contact Paypal your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Amazing customer service

My husband ordered a kit to make the rainbow crossover knitted slippers for my Christmas present. They were ordered late on Sunday night, the 22nd, and on the 23rd I got a phone call from Amanda's husband, who said that Amanda would not been able to get them via tracked delivery to us for Christmas Eve. He then said that he would deliver them himself to us, and he did - what an amazing company - the best customer service ever, and the slipper kit is beautifully presented and very good quality - thank you so much, Amanda and her lovely hubby, and we are very grateful for such attention to detail and lovely service. Highly recommended and a brilliant company to deal with.

If only we could offer this service to ALL our customers! We have customers from Australia to Alaska, Hawaii to Helsinki and everywhere in between so can't offer everyone such a personal service but we take pride in getting our orders made and shipped promptly.
