Joe's Toes Thick Felt - A4, A3, Fat Quarters and by the Metre

This is the felt we use in all our projects. It makes a fantastic base for needle felting. It's great for bags, boxes and many other projects as it keeps its shape well. 

We sell A4 and A3 sheets, fat quarters and by the linear metre. Our fat quarters measure at least 43cm X 55cm.

A linear metre is approximately 1.5m wide so ordering one metre will give you 1.5 square metres - the equivalent of six fat quarters. Multiples amount will be sent as a single piece.

Our wool felt contains a minimum 90% wool. It can be washed as wool at under 30 degrees, and reshaped while damp. A hotter wash will cause further felting.

We have also added our new vegan-friendly felt, available only in opal grey. Non-wool, this eco-friendly felt is made in Europe from recycled drinks bottles.

Returns
Extended returns window for Christmas - any order place between 28th October and 23rd December can be returned up to the 8th February with the usual criteria outlined below.

For unmade kits and bits we're happy to offer a refund within 45 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require need your order number or some proof of purchase, we may be able to help with this. 
Please send your item to 9 Field Lane, Brighouse, HD6 3NX. Please obtain a proof of posting (free from the post office).
What if I start making the kit and it goes horribly wrong? 
This is most unlikely but if you do get stuck give us a call and we'll sort something out.
Custom made goods, such as made up kits may be returned only at our discretion (after all with over 4.000 possible combinations we may not find another customer for your goods). Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account as soon as we can and in any case within 30 days.
Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at amanda@joestoes.co.uk and send your item to: 9 Field Lane Brighouse GB HD6 3NX. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary but we will do it as quickly as possible.
Shipping &Refund of shipping costs
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9 Field Lane Brighouse GB HD6 3NX
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please obtain proof of postage. If the goods are faulty or we have made an error we will refund your postage.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
Please contact Paypal your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
