Our slippers, kits and bits are made to order, but we try to keep at least one pair of everything cut and ready to go. We aim to ship all orders within a week. If it's urgent do let us know and we'll try our best to help.
UK standard postage and packing is just £3.95, and FREE for orders over £60. Additionally we offer First Class and Tracked options.
EU standard postage and packing (usually Royal Mail Priority Air which is untracked) is £4.95 for orders under £15, £5.95 for order up to £500. We also offer an Express and Tracked service. We will collect any sales tax due on orders below £150 at the point of ordering and remit it though our service partner to your country.
Rest of the World standard postage and packing (usually Royal Mail Priority Air which is untracked) is $7.95 for all orders. We also offer Express and Tracked services. Customers are responsible for any import costs, taxes, duties, and clearing fees. These will vary depending on where you live. In practice our customers in the USA have not been required to pay any additional costs, although we can't guarantee this.
