These boot liners make great insoles for your wellies, boots and shoes. A simple layer of thick woollen felt makes all the difference offering you great insulation and cushioning.
These wool insoles add comfort and can be used on top of or in place of moulded footbeds. 

Our liners are washable (wool wash, don't tumble dry) and can be trimmed to size if necessary.

PLEASE NOTE As they are designed to fit inside boots and shoes (and slippers !) these felt liners are cut to a narrower shape than their respective slipper soles. They have no stitch holes or seam allowance, making them 12mm (1/2") shorter and narrower overall. They will fit perfectly inside our slippers, but are not a necessary part of the kit.

My first pair of felt liners bought at Woolfest a while ago wore out eventually, but now I am back in welly heaven with my lovely new ones - in my spare wellies too (this is a farm in the Lake District, wellies are second nature) AND rejuvenating my favourite old slippers. Highly recommended for yourself and as presents for all your welly-wearing friends and relations. Thanks Amanda, I can face the winter now!

UK standard postage and packing is just £2.95 for orders under £10 and £3.95 for any other order. Additionally we offer First Class and Tracked options.

EU standard postage and packing is £3.95 for orders under £10, £4.95 for orders up to £20, £6.95 for orders up to £50 and £10 for orders up to £200. We also offer a Tracked service.

Rest of the World standard postage and packing is £6.95 for orders under £15, £9.95 for orders up to £50 and £15 for orders up to £200. We also offer a Tracked service.

We aim to make and post all orders within a week. Shipping times vary by country. If your order is urgent please send us a message and we'll do our best to help. 

Returns
WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY!  
For unmade kits and bits we're happy to offer a refund within 45 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging although we do know you'll have had to open it! To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, though, to be fair, we should have a record here.
Please send your item to 9 Field Lane, Brighouse, HD6 3NX. Please obtain a proof of posting (free from the post office).
What if I start making the kit and it goes horribly wrong? 
This is most unlikely but if you do get stuck give us a call and we'll sort something out.
Custom made goods, such as made up kits may be returned only at our discretion (after all with over 4.000 possible combinations we may not find another customer for your goods). Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account as soon as we can and in any case within 30 days.
Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at amanda@joestoes.co.uk and send your item to: 9 Field Lane Brighouse GB HD6 3NX. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary but we will do it as quickly as possible.
Shipping &Refund of shipping costs
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9 Field Lane Brighouse GB HD6 3NX
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please obtain proof of postage. If the goods are faulty or we have made an error we will refund your postage.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
Please contact Paypal your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
