Our DIY Kit includes;
1 pair uppers
1 pair top soles
1 pair midsoles
AND 1 pair outsoles with latex grip,
OR Vibram rubber outsoles and and extra layer of felt
OR Suede outsoles with and extra layer of felt
needle and thread
two wooden butterfly buttons*
This kit comes in teal or fuchsia with colours as shown in the photos. If you'd like to change any of the colours it's not a problem, please put a note on the order form.
*button colour may vary but we'll pick some that go well with your slipper.
UK standard postage and packing is just £2.95. Additionally we offer First Class and Tracked options.
EU standard postage and packing is £3.95 for orders under £10, £4.95 for orders up to £20, £6.95 for orders up to £50 and £10 for orders up to £200. We also offer a Tracked service.
Rest of the World standard postage and packing is £6.95 for orders under £15, £9.95 for orders up to £50 and £15 for orders up to £200. We also offer a Tracked service.
We aim to make and post all orders within a week. Shipping times vary by country. If your order is urgent please send us a message and we'll do our best to help.

For unmade kits and bits we're happy to offer a refund within 45 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging although we do know you'll have had to open it! To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, though, to be fair, we should have a record here.
Please send your item to 9 Field Lane, Brighouse, HD6 3NX. Please obtain a proof of posting (free from the post office).
What if I start making the kit and it goes horribly wrong?
This is most unlikely but if you do get stuck give us a call and we'll sort something out.
Custom made goods, such as made up kits may be returned only at our discretion (after all with over 4.000 possible combinations we may not find another customer for your goods). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account as soon as we can and in any case within 30 days.
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 9 Field Lane Brighouse GB HD6 3NX. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary but we will do it as quickly as possible.
Shipping &Refund of shipping costs
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9 Field Lane Brighouse GB HD6 3NX
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please obtain proof of postage. If the goods are faulty or we have made an error we will refund your postage.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
Please contact Paypal your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
